Karen Thompson
Karen's early interest in music started from listening to her parents' record collection and being given a stereo radio and tape recorder for her 9th birthday, on which she used to record various radio shows. Karen went on to develop her own extensive vinyl and CD collection as well as frequenting various clubs and live music venues.
Karen joined The Exchange after graduating in Audio Visual Studies and Applied Studio Systems Operations from Epsom School of Art and Design and Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication. Further studies include: Music Technology at Westminster College and a post-graduate diploma in New Media and Web Design at The University of London. Short courses include: Protools, Logic and Flash. At The Exchange Karen specialises in digital production, editing and post-rendering.
